Là một thành viên trong nhóm
Là một thành viên trong nhóm tức là bạn phải giúp đỡ đồng nghiệp khi họ “quá tải”, tích cực xây dựng nhóm phát triển và kết nối các thành viên với nhau. Luôn chú ý tới hành động, lời nói của mình
Bất cứ việc gì bạn làm trong ngày, kể cả khi nghỉ trưa, đều thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp của bạn. Đừng chỉ vì 1 câu nói hay hành động hồ đồ mà ảnh hưởng tới hình ảnh chuyên nghiệp của bạn.
Không để vấn đề của bản thân ảnh hưởng tới đồng nghiệp
Hãy cố gắng đừng để sai lầm của bản thân làm liên lụy tới những người khác. Nếu gặp vấn đề, hãy tự mình tìm cách giải quyết và chỉ nhờ đến người khác nếu nó vượt quá tầm kiểm soát của bạn.
Tôn trọng tài sản của công ty
Điều đó có nghĩa là bảo vệ, giữ gìn tài sản chung của công ty và đặc biệt không cố tình” cầm nhầm” đồ cơ quan về nhà, dù chỉ là những thứ rất nhỏ như giấy in, bút viết. Chỉ cần sếp hay đồng nghiệp bắt gặp những hành động không đẹp mắt đó, họ sẽ có ấn tượng xấu về bạn, nếu nghiêm trọng hơn, bạn có thể bị sa thải hoặc phải đối mặt với pháp luật.
